I have been a satisfied Orbit Reader 20 user for over two years now.
Over the past eight months , I have had the privilege of spending at least 100 hours in conversation with Venkatesh Chari who is the CEO of ORBIT.
some of the things we talked about were its history, current challenges, and the future opportunities.
From the Orion Calculator, to the Ibill, and now to the expanding range of Orbit products and beyond to the revolutionary Graphiti tablet,
I can only say that this is an individual who is driven by a passion and a respect for blind people and their need for innovative and low cost technology.
Our goal is to provide you with the same level of personalized service in which Kae and I believe.
I often find myself discouraging customers in phone conversations from buying something in which they are interested if I believe it is not something that will work for them and provide value.
Those of you who have dealt with us know that we stopped doing e-commerce because we wanted to insure that what you were buying met your needs and that required a phone conversation.
That approach has resulted in a lot of phone chargers, a lot of friends, and a loyal customer base.
